韓國燒烤(Bulgogi)是朝鮮族的傳統烤肉方式.

Korean barbecue (Bulgogi) is a traditional Korean barbecue mode.

 

一般是用爐火把肉類和蔬菜燒熟.

食材多以醃漬的肉類與海鮮為主, 肉類以牛肉為主, 還有帶皮五花肉(豬肉), 豬大腸, 豬小腸, 羊大腸, 生魚片和海鮮等. 另外烤牛排, 烤牛裏脊也很受歡迎.
